Shipping Policy

Key Elements of our Shipping Policy:

Shipping Costs: Shipping is completely free on all of our items to all UK buyers no matter how big or small your item.
Shipping Methods: Our items are sent by Royal Mail. There is other service we use to deliver certain items but rest assured your item will still arrive to you within the specified time and with tracking provided.
Delivery Times: We aim to Provide a 3 day service to all UK customers, if you experience any issues please get in touch.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and do not ship over seas other than to Ireland or the surrounding islands around the UK.
International Shipping: Unfortunately we dont ship to other countries outside the UK at this time.
Order Tracking: Information will be sent via email if one is provided during your purchase.
Order Processing Time: If purchased your items before 2pm, your package will be proccessed and dispatched on the same day as purchase, if purchase is made after 2pm your dispatch will be the next working day.

Items can only be returned in it's original condition.

Postage cost will be paid for by the buyer.

Please notify us imediately if you need to return your item,

Then A Replacement or Refund will be offered to you.
